About

I'm your next-door neighbor. You see me on the street, or in your local bar, or walking along the river with my hands in my pockets. A black dog follows me. You ignore him, but he's my closest companion.

I make an honest living. I try to be an honest man. I have friends who say they know me. Others recognize they don't. Those who know me best aren't sure they should.

I give to charity. I'm a good listener. There are shadows in my brain that are dark but not black. There are people who remember me fondly. There are others who can't.

When you see me on the street, or at your local bar, or walking along the river, you're sure you recognize me. But all you see is dull colors and broad strokes. Everything else, I keep at home.
